What this tool does
Most photo problems come down to one thing: the picture is the wrong size. A form wants 600 by 600 pixels, a website wants something under a certain width, a print shop wants exact dimensions. This resizer changes the size of any JPG, PNG or WebP in a couple of taps, and it does the work inside your own browser — the photo is never uploaded to a server, so nothing of yours is stored anywhere.
How to use it
- Tap "Choose photo" and pick a JPG, PNG or WebP.
- Type the width you need. Leave "Keep proportions" on and the height fills itself in.
- Or switch to percent if you just want the photo half the size.
- Tap Resize, check the preview, then Download.
Tips that actually help
- Keep proportions on unless you truly need a fixed shape — turning it off stretches faces.
- Making a photo bigger than the original cannot add detail back. Going smaller is always safe.
- For websites, 1200 pixels wide is plenty for a full-width picture.
- If the file is still too heavy, run it through the Image Compressor afterwards.

No limit is set by us. Because the work happens on your own device, very large photos depend on how much memory your phone has.
Does resizing lower the quality?Making a photo smaller keeps it sharp. Enlarging a small photo will always look soft.
