What these tools can promise, and what no tool honestly can.
A passport photo tool can get the size, shape and resolution right. It cannot judge your expression, the lighting, the background, your glasses or a head covering — and those are exactly the things an office rejects photos for. The same is true of documents: we can build a correct PDF, but only the office receiving it decides whether it is what they wanted.
Always read the requirements of the place you are applying to. They are the only authority on their own rules.
Everything runs in your browser, so how well it works depends on your phone or computer, its memory, and which browser you use. A very large file may succeed on one device and fail on another. That is not a fault in the file; it is a limit of the device.
Tools here never change your original file — they always write a new one. Even so, keep the original until you have opened the result and checked it. Especially check every page of a PDF, not just the first.
