This is a one-person site run alongside a full-time job, so a reply usually takes a few days. Every message does get read.

What helps when reporting a problem

A tool that fails for you often works for everyone else, so the details matter more than you would think:

• Which tool, and what you were trying to do.
• What happened instead — the exact message on screen, if there was one.
• Your phone or computer, and which browser.
• Roughly how big the file was, and what type.

Please do not attach the file itself. It is almost never needed, and your documents are your business.

Suggesting a tool

Tell us the problem rather than the tool. “A form keeps rejecting my scan” is more useful than “add a PDF compressor”, because the real fix is often something different from what you expected.

What we cannot help with

• Recovering a file you have already deleted. Nothing is stored here, so there is no copy to recover.
• Telling you what a particular office or portal will accept. Only they know their rules.
• Legal, immigration or official advice of any kind.
